i suggest to just park the ai outside and stare off at certain objects such as trees/cars/buildings to do the motion blur and bloom, then to stare up at the sky and picture it then go into the. 1.-. No more excessive bloom. 2.-. The rain was retouched. 3.-. Retouched HDR for black screens (Do not disable ocular adaptation in your menu) 4.- some insignificant fixes, but that improved performance and did not affect the visual. NOTE: In your native menu I tried to fix the color shader and bloom menu, but it was impossible as they were. This could also be cause by having depth of field enabled in the game settings, in nac x, and in your enb as they all try to apply the same effect. You could also try disabling depth of field and motion blur in your game settings. Last thing I can think of that may help is a mod called Clarity. This removes a lot of the blur that the game adds.
